Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing prettymeboutique@prettymeboutique.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item
- A brief description of the issue
Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will gladly replace the item or provide a store credit if a replacement is unavailable.
Order Cancellations
Orders begin processing quickly. For this reason, we are unable to cancel or modify orders once they have been placed.
Sale & Promotional Items
All sale, clearance, promotional, and discounted items are final sale and cannot be refunded, returned, or exchanged.
Local Pickup Orders
Customers choosing local pickup must inspect their order at pickup. Once an order has been accepted, it is considered final.
